Come make friends with your mind and gain more resilience for navigating life’s ups and downs. Join seasoned teacher Paloma Cain for this introduction to meditation practice. Designed for beginners and those new-ish to practice. (And open to all with Beginner’s Mind! )
We’ll learn the fundamentals of seated and walking meditation as well as informal practices to carry us through our days and nourish our hearts, with ample time for questions and instruction, giving you everything you need to feel at home joining one of our weekly sitting groups or classes, or practicing on your own.
You can’t control the waves, but you can learn how to surf.
