Refund and Event Policies

This event is the in-person version of a hybrid daylong retreat which will take place both in-person and online. To register for the online version of this event, click here.

In this daylong retreat, we will delve into the two wings of an awakening & liberating meditation practice: mindfulness and lovingkindness. We will have periods of guided meditation, walking meditation, a Dharma talk, and a discussion focused on the connection between mindfulness and lovingkindness. Both mindfulness and lovingkindness meditation practices strengthen one another in developing a flourishing, wise, and heart-filled life.

Please pack a lunch and wear comfortable, breathable clothing and footwear. Limited parking is available so please carpool if possible.

Where is this event located?

This event will take place in person at the Benedict Canyon Retreat House. Find directions and more details on this link.
