Bring the presence and power of mindfulness into your intimate relationship(s) with a day of simple practices for enlivened intimacy.
A Valentines Retreat
Amidst the natural beauty of Benedict Canyon Retreat Center, InsightLA Senior Teacher Justine Dawson will guide you in skillfully engaging in a playful, approving and respectful exploration of:
- Moving from your head into your body, fully inhabiting yourself in erotic intimacy
- Becoming mindfully connected to and expressive of your desires and boundaries
- Awakening your attention to notice and attune more deeply to your partner
- Creating vibrant and resonant touch and connection
- Feeling more sensation, vitality and intimate aliveness
- A mindful life that includes your sensuality
Expect to move between silent individual practice, partnered meditations & exercises (clothes on) and reflective dialog. Please contact Justine with questions about the day at justine@justinedawson.com.
