As women rise in the workplace they face unique challenges. As opportunities expand for women, the expectations to do it all – balance family, personal relationships, self care and the drive to be successful in the marketplace are creating more pressures than ever before.
This workshop provides support, inspiration and education to learn mindfulness, time management and self compassion skills to create life balance and explore the power of the feminine in the modern world.
Bringing together a community of professional and entrepreneurial women in the spirit of the talking circles and consciousness raising groups that drove the Women’s Liberation Movement, we will create a safe space where we can learn, engage and create changes in our life through shared stories and experiences.
Topics of discussion will include:
– Finding Core Values and Essential Intentions – Exploring the power of intention, values and ambition
– Creating Life Balance – Balancing rewarding relationships and professional achievement
– Self Care – Turning towards wellness, self compassion and inner growth
Please register below and fill out a short questionnaire found here to help us meet our goals of affinity, inclusion and diversity in the group.
