Financial Support

Our mission is to make all of our programs accessible. Every fee-based offering has a limited number of pay-what-you-can spots available to support self-identified people of color, members of marginalized groups (queer people, transgender people, and  people with disabilities) and those in financial need (those for whom the cost to attend is not financially possible).

These spots are offered on a first come, first served basis. Please pay at the highest level you can afford. In order for this support to be available, we rely on those who can afford to pay the full price to do so.

Find out if spots are available by clicking REGISTER NOW on the event you are interested in.

Energize and refresh your practice with guided mindfulness meditations and walking meditation, using creativity as the anchor. Integrate collage-making and other artistic explorations into your practice – even if you are not an artist!

This half-day retreat is for youngish adults in their 20s and 30s. We will close the retreat by connecting with tea and optional sharing.

Make & Meditate

We may not typically associate mindfulness with creativity, but the two are interconnected and each supports the other.

Learn how awakening more deeply to your senses, imagination, and intuition can support the flow of your creative process, and your mindfulness practice.

Who is this half-day retreat for?

This half-day retreat is for youngish adults in their 20s and 30s who wish to explore the connection between mindfulness and creativity.

We welcome experienced meditation practitioners and those brand new to mindfulness, artists and non-artists alike!

Where is this event located?

This event will take place in-person at the Benedict Canyon Retreat House. All art supplies and necessary materials will be provided.
