After you’ve learned the foundations of a mindfulness practice (or are just starting to practice), this 5-week online workshop provides the opportunity to personalize your mindfulness practice in a supportive environment.

In this class, we will explore 8 different ways to practice mindfulness and meditation:

  • Learn other ways to meditate beyond the typical breath meditation
  • Figure out which ways of practice work best for you
  • Enhance calm by learning a variety of concentration techniques 
  • Understand your personal preference for techniques 
  • Explore the obstacles that typically get in the way of our meditation and how to work with these obstacles
  • Explore other ways to manager difficult emotions and thinking.
  • And more

Each class session will end with a contemplation for the upcoming week. 

This workshop is appropriate for beginners as well as anyone who wants to refresh the fundamentals of their practice.
