In the Living Dharma class series, we study the traditional Buddhist teachings from the Insight meditation tradition and learn how to apply them to daily life for greater ease, clarity, and well being. In this series, we will continue to build on how these timeless teachings can provide a reliable refuge and support our resilience during such unprecedented and uncertain times. We will explore the truth of interdependence, the role of community or sangha in collective awakening, and the cultivation of equanimity and gratitude in the midst of change and difficulty.

There will be time for longer meditations, instruction, Dharma talks, small group work, reflections and discussion to deepen learning together in community.

This class is appropriate for those students with previous meditation experience who have taken an introductory mindfulness class or a Buddha’s Path class previously.

Participants will be strongly encouraged to meditate for at least 30 minutes daily to support the deepening of their understanding.

This is a class series, not a drop-in group.

We will meet for 6 Tuesdays from November 10th – Dec 15th from 6:30-8:30pm online, on zoom.
