Connect to greater freedom and ease by understanding the three marks of existence, and applying their wisdom to your everyday life.
Join InsightLA Teacher Eileen Ybarra for this 3-part series at Benedict Canyon Retreat House.
The Three Marks of Existence
The three marks of existence are Buddhism’s basic description of reality. They are impermanence, suffering, and non-self. Insight into these teachings fosters a greater sense of ease and leads us to liberation.
How can a practical understanding of the three marks of existence benefit our daily lives? We will explore this question together within this 3-week series. Each week will include a 30 minute guided mindfulness meditation, a dharma talk, and time for discussion within a supportive community setting.
Who is this class series for?
This class series on the three marks of existence is for anyone who would like to deepen their understanding of the Buddhist view of reality.
