Join us for our grand reopening on Wednesday April 10th for meditation Dharma and Community with some of InsightLA’s most senior teachers. The evening will include a guided meditation, dharma talk, Q & A and ending in tea and social time to meet your fellow community members and teachers.

Who is this practice group for?
InsightLA drop-in sitting groups are an opportunity for you to learn more about meditation practice in a welcoming environment. All Weekly Classes at InsightLA are drop-in and donation-based. Let’s sit together!

This event takes place in person at the Santa Monica Meditation Center and via Zoom online
