Join Beth, Allyson and Eric for a day of practice and reflection at InsightLA’s beautiful Benedict Canyon Retreat Center.  Together, we’ll spend time exploring the Buddhist teaching “good in the beginning, good in the middle, good in the end.”  This teaching signifies a holistic approach to meditation that encompasses the entire process of spiritual development and ethical conduct.  The day will be spent reflecting on this teaching and how it highlights the potential for a complete and unbroken path of ethical, mental, and spiritual development that is beneficial at all stages.

Our day together will include dharma talks, guided and self-guided practice – both indoors and out, a mindful eating break, and opportunities for Q&A and community sharing.

Suggested donation: $85
