Safety

We work to protect the safety of all students. We reserve the right to remove any student from any class, sitting group, retreat, or any event if the student is disruptive to the safe learning environment we maintain for all.

Cancellation & Refunds

We reserve the right to cancel a class or event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If InsightLA cancels an event you’ve registered for, you will be offered a full refund. If an event has to be postponed for any reason, you will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer your registration to the same event at the new, future date.

Refund and Event Policies

For those who feel life is slightly out of balance, or who want to loosen up a rigid practice and embrace a slower, more refined approach—this is for you. If you’ve noticed that pushing harder and faster wears down your body and keeps your mind caught up in goals and ideals, join me to explore somatic practices that restore well-being and calm the nervous system.

We will also explore the Earth & Metal elements in Taoist qigong practice, the elements of Late Summer and Autumn.  Earth practices teach us to navigate life’s uncertainties with greater balance and ease.  Metal helps us release things that no longer serve us.  Qigong is a gentle, energy cultivating practice for wellness.
