Most of us don’t struggle because we lack insight, we struggle because we repeat emotional patterns we’ve practiced for years.

Meditation helps us become aware of those patterns. But awareness alone often isn’t enough to change them.

In this experiential three-hour workshop, clinical psychologist and bestselling author Dr. Elisha Goldstein introduces the Tiny Shifts approach – a practical path for interrupting the automatic cycles of stress, self-criticism, emotional reactivity, and disconnection.

Blending mindfulness, neuroscience, psychology, and guided practice, you’ll learn how small moments of awareness can become lasting emotional change. Through meditation, reflection, partner exercises, and experiential practices, you’ll discover how tiny shifts – made consistently – reshape not only how you respond to stress, but how you relate to yourself and the people you love.

Expanding on the ideas in his new book, Tiny Shifts, Dr. Goldstein brings these practices to life through guided meditation, experiential exercises, and practical tools you can begin using immediately. You’ll leave with practical tools you can begin using immediately, and a new understanding that meaningful transformation doesn’t come from trying harder – it comes from practicing differently.

Open to all levels.
