We work to protect the safety of all students. We reserve the right to remove any student from any class, sitting group, retreat, or any event if the student is disruptive to the safe learning environment we maintain for all.

Cancellation & Refunds

We reserve the right to cancel a class or event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If InsightLA cancels an event you’ve registered for, you will be offered a full refund. If an event has to be postponed for any reason, you will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer your registration to the same event at the new, future date.

Donations are not refundable.

Join us in community for a half day of practice as Thanksgiving week begins. For some of us, the days ahead are full — family, travel, cooking, hosting. For others, this may be a quieter, even lonely stretch. Kind awareness has room for all of it, and can offer a little more breathing space no matter what the week holds.

Together we’ll have the gift of practicing in silence, and of reflecting on the many gifts of our lives — the sweet and the difficult alike. Our time together includes guided and silent sitting and walking meditation, periods of reflection, small and large group sharing, and a Dharma talk.

Everyone is warmly invited to stay an extra hour (until 5:30pm) for a shared potluck meal.
