In this class we will explore how to work with fear, and see it for what it truly is, a gift from our dynamic and vigorous nervous system. We will learn how to be with fear instead of panic, anxiety and catastrophic thinking. This class will explore working with fear from the lens of traditional Buddhist meditation practices like the Buddha’s teaching on lovingkindness, and from contemporary Insight meditation practices like RAIN, as well as trauma-informed Somatic Experiencing practices such as
orienting and centering.

This event will be utilizing the Zoom video conferencing platform. After you register, you’ll receive an email with the zoom log-in information. You’ll be provided a link to access video and dial-in number that will allow you you to join by phone if preferred.
