Join spiritual teacher, writer, and Sounds True author, Albert Flynn DeSilver for “Writing as a Path to Awakening” online livestream workshop. Albert has taught at Spirit Rock Meditation Center, Esalen, 1440 Multiversity, the Omega Institute, Shambhala Mountain, and elsewhere. Join us for a wonderful hour-long presentation where Albert will guide us through:

-A powerful 10-20 minute meditation to release stress and enhance creativity

-A fun and innovative 30 minute writing exercise to help initiate or further support your writing and creativity practice

-A 10-20 minute discussion/Q&A with additional resources for staying grounded and connected to your creative awakening during this time.
