Join InsightLA teacher, Justine Dawson for a mini workshop on Intimate Awakening, the practice of the mindful erotic. Begin or revive your journey to an alive, embodied, and aligned sexuality. Through lecture, interactive dialog and simple exercises, we will explore the essential foundations for the mindful erotic life: connection to sensation, intimacy with desire, curiosity and approval.

This 90 minute workshop is appropriate for adults 18+ of all genders, sexual orientations and relationship statuses.
*At the beginning of class, all participants will be asked to introduce themselves to set a container of safety and connection.
