Join us in-person or online (click here to register for the Online version of this event) for a weekend practice of vipassana meditation. Vipassana means “seeing nature” and it is a study of consciousness, reality, the human psyche, how stress arises and what we can do about it. The insights that are developed are not Buddhist owned. Vipassana is to the nature of existence what a telescope is to the stars. It helps us to see our suffering more clearly and to develop the insight that there is something we can do about it.
We will practice mindfulness in all activities and in formal sitting meditation and walking meditation periods.
You are welcome to sign up for one day or both days of this retreat.
