Financial Support

Our mission is to make all of our programs accessible. Every fee-based offering has a limited number of pay-what-you-can spots available to support self-identified people of color, members of marginalized groups (queer people, transgender people, and  people with disabilities) and those in financial need (those for whom the cost to attend is not financially possible).

These spots are offered on a first come, first served basis. Please pay at the highest level you can afford. In order for this support to be available, we rely on those who can afford to pay the full price to do so.

Find out if spots are available by clicking REGISTER NOW on the event you are interested in.

In this online year-long drop-in series (register for one class or as many as you can for the best cumulative effect), Diana will walk alongside you as you practice psychological flexibility skills. This course follows the path of ACT, a modern, evidence based approach to psychological flourishing. You will learn through didactics, group sharing, experiential practice, writing, visualization, meditation and more! You can live a life that is guided by your values. And, it helps to have support along the way. Let Diana be your compassionate coach as you move toward what really matters to you.

Each session offers:

  • Bite-sized teachings describing the core processes of ACT
  • Meditations or visualizations
  • The science behind ACT
  • Experiential practice of the process

Winter Quarter: Friday, February 11th
Title: Principles of ACT: How to get unstuck and live fully with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
Description: When faced with life’s challenges it’s easy to lose track of what’s important, to get stuck in your thoughts and emotions, or become bogged down by day-to-day problems. This course offers you an overview of what keeps us stuck, and how to get unstuck with psychological flexibility. You will learn tools to realign your life around your values, unhook from challenging thoughts, and take committed action toward what you care most about. With psychological flexibility skills you can grow a more flexible and vibrant life, even in the face of difficulty.

Spring Quarter: Friday, April 8th
Title: Living your Values with ACT: How to show up where it matters most
Description: Values are what bring your life vitality and meaning. In this workshop you clarify your values, learn the link between values and pain, and explore values through the lens of impermanence. You will leave with a sense of direction and motivation to pursue a rich and meaningful life.

Summer Quarter: Friday, June 10th
Title: Cultivate Acceptance and Willingness with ACT: How to create space for discomfort, in the service of meaning
Description: It’s human to avoid the discomfort of living; however sometimes avoidance can lead us in cycles of suffering. In this workshop you will learn strategies to open-up, allow and move toward discomfort so that you can live more flexibly and free.

Fall Quarter: Friday, October 14th
Title: Transcending Your Self-story with ACT: How to develop flexible perspective taking
