We work to protect the safety of all students. We reserve the right to remove any student from any class, sitting group, retreat, or any event if the student is disruptive to the safe learning environment we maintain for all.

Cancellation & Refunds

We reserve the right to cancel a class or event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If InsightLA cancels an event you’ve registered for, you will be offered a full refund. If an event has to be postponed for any reason, you will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer your registration to the same event at the new, future date.

Refund and Event Policies

Its very easy & common for us to be disconnected from our bodies. This can happen when we’re stuck in our heads, distracted by social media, affected by trauma, physical pain or not living up to what we think our bodies should look like. This meditation is an invitation to drop out of our thinking mind and into the present moment by tuning into the body. We find that over time resting our awareness in the body can be a safe refuge for the mind.

The format for this event is a 5-minute introduction followed by a 30-minute guided meditation and ending with 10-minutes for Q&A with the teacher.

No registration necessary. Simply drop-in and sit with us.

This is a donation-based offering, with a suggested donation of $15-$20. No one turned away for lack of funds.
