Presented by Dr. Jack Kornfield and Dr. Trudy Goodman, Bringing Worlds Together is an online retreat that connects meditators and teachers in China and the West, offering transformative practices for cultivating inner peace during the COVID pandemic.

This online experience will be conducted via Zoom. Login and access information will be distributed by email prior to the event.

In this time of worldwide pandemic, we need ways to steady the heart. In Bringing Worlds Together, we will explore practices to foster inner peace, ways to strengthen our courage, tenderness and care.

The pandemic is showing us more vividly than ever how closely we depend on each other in responding to COVID-19. We need to build our connection in love.

Bringing Worlds Together offers an opportunity to strengthen this connection, creating a healthy, wise and compassionate partnership between meditation practitioners in China and the West.

In the hours and rhythms of this retreat, master teachers Trudy Goodman and Jack Kornfield will teach powerful practices of mindful loving awareness, wisdom and compassion to bring us together, along with trainings to establish inner and outer peace.

The retreat will include teachings, guided and silent meditations, mindful practices of sitting, walking, teachings on cultivating compassion and lovingkindness, and periods of questions and answers in dialogue with the teachers.

The retreat happily welcomes people who have an established mindfulness meditation practice as well as newer students. Wherever you are, please join us in Bringing Worlds Together.
