This retreat will focus on simple but powerful somatic (body) and self-compassion (heart/mind) practices to help release the stress and grief many of us are holding in our nervous systems – especially after 2+ years of COVID, along with ever-worsening climate change, and ongoing social inequity.

This will be an experiential retreat designed to help you nurture your emotional and mental needs. All levels of experience are welcome.

Please have a yoga mat or blanket handy.
