These feel like extremely difficult times, but people have always been in the midst of difficult times. Over the years, both Buddhist and secular teachers have cultivated compassion and resiliency practices for just such times and we are lucky enough to be able to practice those together. Wherever we find ourselves is the best place to start; we can train our minds and hearts right where we are. In this drop-in practice group we will explore different compassion and resiliency practices for just such times as these.
