Please join our Young-ish and Middle-ish Adult Sanghas in an exploration of mindfulness of mind-heart (citta). This short series will draw on classical Buddhist teachings and contemporary psychological science; exploring meditative and relational mindfulness practices to support practical, integrated deepening of practice in daily life. This series is appropriate for both beginning and more experienced meditators.
UPDATE: The teacher will be teaching in-person and is no longer teaching remotely through zoom. You can still join online by clicking on the Zoom link to the left (it will appear after you register).
