Meditation is a skill learned over time. The more we practice the more skilled we become. Our practice can lead to inner growth that will benefit ourselves and others.

Join Venerable Dhammananda Bhikkhuni, Thailand’s first fully ordained Theravada Buddhist nun in conversation with host, Cindy Rasicot and Trudy Goodman on how to develop a skillful meditation practice. We will do a short meditation and discuss how to quiet our chaotic minds, increase  concentration, and focus awareness. There will be ample time for participants to join in casual conversation with Venerable Dhammananda about their practice. This workshop is open to beginning and experienced practitioners alike.
