Refund and Event Policies

This class series will engage our spiritual practice at the level of the body in its wholeness, shame is fundamentally a wise and protective response to suffering.  This class series will dignify what has been taking care of you all along, and open up a range of new, embodied choices through somatic practice, leading to a greater range of choice and self-responsiveness. We will also draw upon Buddhist practices of self-forgiveness, self-compassion and equanimity to support our healing.

Our intention with this offering is to combine Buddhist and somatic practices to cultivate a deeper sense of our own goodness, and skills to practice reducing harm for ourselves and in the world.  This class is rooted in the methodology of Generative Somatics.
