Refund and Event Policies

Mindfulness has found its home as the primary meditative path within the contemporary Vipassana Moment. But what is Vipassana, or Insight practice? What is it’s relationship to Mindfulness and how does it fit into the broader aims and objectives of the Dharma? In this 6 week series, we will explore classical texts (suttas), early Buddhist psychology (Abhidhamma), and contemporary methodology that will refine our Insight based meditation toolsets. Through a distinctly secular lens, we will unlock a deeper invitation to Awakening, in the form of ending the classical problems of Ignorance and Samsaric Rebirth.

We will have classes on Wednesday May 20th-July 8th.  Join us for one class or multiple for the best cumulative effect.

The next series will be six weeks on “Mindfulness & Emotional Intelligence”
