Refund and Event Policies

The tumultuous, stressful and challenging conditions this election season are like no other in the history of this country, especially when combined with the COVID-19 pandemic and the heightened awareness of anti-black racism.   Perhaps more than ever, we are in need of a clear spiritual path that anchors us internally and externally in wholesome, balanced, compassionate, and wise awareness.

This bi-monthy offering will cultivate the refuge of inclusive community, while providing relevant and responsive “footing” in the Buddha’s teachings as we find the path together as the election approaches and conditions become more intense.  We will discover how the 8-fold path, infused with the “safe houses” of lovingkindness, compassion and equanimity, might be the only way to survive as fully present, balanced and engaged citizens during this profound time in America.

Using the 8-fold path as our guide, each session will include guided experiential meditation, teaching and discussion around a relevant practice theme, community building and practice support.  All practice offerings will be trauma-sensitive.

It is said, “the path is made by walking”.  Join us, and let’s find this path together, more than ever before this election season.

Class Dates (Thursdays 7-8:30pm PT). Drop-in to one class or all:
