Now more than ever, there’s a growing desire to live with purpose and meaning, to delve deeply into the richness of existence. However, amidst life’s myriad challenges, it’s all too easy for our hearts to close, leaving us disconnected from ourselves and others. We often forget the importance of living authentically and caring for our own well-being.

Join us for this special daylong where we will welcome self-care and inner nourishment. This retreat includes mindfulness meditation, loving-kindness, and compassion practices, focusing on self-compassion, nature and the power of sound. There will be a sound bath to explore listening and softening with our entire bodies. You will also have the option to walk into the canyon to savor the natural surroundings. Each experience is designed to promote a profound sense of inner peace and renewal.

We encourage you to bring any comfort and support items. The location has meditation cushions, chairs, and a limited amount of blankets. If you would like to lay down during some of the practices, bring a yoga mat, an extra blanket, and any other items that help you feel comfortable.

Where is this retreat located?

This retreat will take place in the serene and beautiful surroundings of Benedict Canyon Retreat House, where we will also have grounding practices. These practices provide opportunities for our community to come together, connect, and nurture themselves through extended practices. The link provides directions, information on what to bring, and more.

We’d love to see you there.
