Mindfulness meditation can help us create a life filled with more clarity, wisdom and freedom from undue stress. However, mindfulness meditation practice without a sense of loving-kindness, may not be as freeing as we would like. Together in this daylong mindfulness meditation retreat, we will explore creating a kind attitude, which works in harmony with mindfulness.

Who is this daylong insight retreat for?
This daylong retreat is for anyone who would like to spend time deepening their current practice. Both beginners and more experienced meditation practitioners are all welcome. We will have both guided and silent meditation practice, as well as walking meditation.  A dharma talk will be given. There will be time for discussion and Q & A.
