The Buddhist teachings on meditation find clear and succinct expression in this early Sutra. Developing mindful awareness of body, feelings, mind, and the principles of Abhidharma Buddhist philosophy comprise the core of this practice. In this five week, ten hour course we will explore and study and meditate upon the teachings of the Satipatthana Sutra.
Schedule: Sundays, 8am to 10am PT via Zoom online. The teacher will send the Zoom link before the class series starts.
