We work to protect the safety of all students. We reserve the right to remove any student from any class, sitting group, retreat, or any event if the student is disruptive to the safe learning environment we maintain for all.

Cancellation & Refunds

We reserve the right to cancel a class or event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If InsightLA cancels an event you’ve registered for, you will be offered a full refund. If an event has to be postponed for any reason, you will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer your registration to the same event at the new, future date.

A “half-day” to connect with your heart and friends

So many things feel overwhelming right now — the LA fires aftermath, charged politics, contending with heartache or illness —or simply worrying about someone else in pain.
If you long for some softness in a safe environment, then this half-day of practice is for you.

Discover how mindfulness and compassion practices can help you meet your crowd of sorrows with more kindness and equanimity.

Join with friends amidst the wild and rustic beauty of InsightLA’s Benedict Canyon Retreat House for three soul-soothing hours.

Reparative. Restorative. Healing.

Friday, December 12th, 2025. 10am to 1pm at InsightLA’s Benedict Canyon Retreat House and via Zoom online
For in-person attendees, please bring a brown bag lunch for a communal meal following the program.

Love,
Wendy
