This event is the online version of a hybrid retreat which will take place both in-person and online. To register for the in-person version of this event click here.
Please join our Youngish/Middleish Adults Sangha (ages 20s to 40s) for a day of practice exploring the intersection of silence and connection for deepening a nourishing intimacy with ourselves and others.
This event is based off of traditional Theravadan Buddhist retreat practice and is an invitation to deepen your practical understanding of mindfulness as well as Buddhist psychology and practice. You do not need to subscribe to any creed or belief to participate. Your curiosity, a wish to explore Buddhist practice and to know yourself more deeply to support inner freedom, while connecting with likeminded others, is all that is necessary. This event is not meant to have an overly rigid form and we offer the following (example) schedule as a basic structure to help aid practice development while supporting self-care.
