Cancellation & Refunds

We reserve the right to cancel a class or event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If InsightLA cancels an event you’ve registered for, you will be offered a full refund. If an event has to be postponed for any reason, you will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer your registration to the same event at the new, future date.

Refund and Event Policies

This event is the online version of a hybrid daylong retreat which will take place both in-person and online. To register for the in-person version of this event, click here.

The container of a daylong retreat offers a unique opportunity to slow down and connect to our own experience. Deepen your practice in this community setting through the cultivation of mindfulness and lovingkindness. This retreat offers you a chance to gift yourself with a day spent quieting the mind and heart, thus allowing an innate wisdom to grow and be nourished.

This day of practice together will include sitting meditation, walking meditation, dharma talks on exploring what it means to “go for refuge,” and relational practices involving mindful speaking and listening. Most of the day will be held in noble silence.  This retreat will be supportive for both beginning and more experienced meditators. Everyone is welcome.

Suggested donation: $85
