A 6-Week Course for Those Living with Loss

Grief isn’t linear. It’s messy. One moment you’re okay, the next you’re overwhelmed by sadness, regret, or anger. Maybe you feel isolated while others around you suggest it’s time to “move on”—but you’re still deep in it.

We will all lose someone we love. There’s no way around that truth—only the path through it. This course isn’t about fixing grief or rushing healing. Guided by Buddhist teachings, we’ll gently turn toward our pain with mindfulness and compassion.

We’ll learn how to sit with sorrow and the emotions that come with it—not to push them away, but to make space for them with care. We’ll recognize grief as a reflection of our deep capacity to love.

Over six weeks, we’ll explore foundational mindfulness practices—awareness of the body, emotions, mind, and thoughts—and draw on inner resources that bring relief and resilience in this new life—one that includes absence—with more clarity, kindness, and community.

You are welcome to bring your grief, your heartache, and your loneliness. There is space here for all of it—and for you.
