____________

A weekend program for those beginning or renewing a meditation practice.

Start Here, in this moment, exactly where you are! Come make friends with your mind and gain more resilience, calm and joy to help navigate your daily life.

Maybe you’ve been listening to meditation apps and podcasts but have not yet had the opportunity to work with any meditation teachers, ask questions and receive personalized instruction. If you’ve been interested in meditation but don’t know where to start, or if you’ve been practicing for a while but don’t have a clear picture of how it all fits together, this is the place for you.

Join seasoned teachers Paloma Cain and Ron Ames for this introduction to meditation. Paloma and Ron find themselves continually returning to the “basics” – these earliest teachings – as the foundations of a stable and joyful practice. Designed for absolute beginners and those newly on the path – and open to all with Beginner’s Mind!

We’ll learn the fundamentals of seated and walking meditation. And informal practices that will carry us through our days and nourish our hearts. The instructions are presented with great clarity and simplicity in this two-day retreat.

There will be ample time for questions and guidance, giving you everything you need to feel at home joining one of our weekly sitting groups or classes, or practicing on your own.

Come join on us on Saturday, January 31st, and Sunday, February 1st. 10am-4pm PT via Zoom online.

Suggested donation: $140
