As the seasons transition and we move into the calm and reflective atmosphere of fall, this natural shift invites us to turn our focus inward. Join us to restore yourself and renew your practice by immersing yourself in a peaceful day of shared meditation and mindful presence.
This daylong retreat will unfold in noble silence, with periods of guided and silent meditation, walking meditation or gentle mindful movement, and a Dharma talk to inspire reflection. Toward the end of the retreat, there will be time for mindful sharing and connection with others. Together, we will create a quiet refuge, nurturing a kind and attentive awareness of the body while nourishing the heart and cultivating inner stillness and calm.
