Welcome the Autumn Equinox

We invite you to a special day to welcome the Autumn Equinox. This half-day retreat will combine guided and silent meditation practices, and meditative walks surrounded by nature.

Mindfulness meditation can help us relax the body and mind and reconnect in harmony with the natural world. From here, we can discover ways of healing with nature and relating to the world with more wisdom.

We will be decorating an altar offering gratitude to Mother Earth and for everything we receive from this planet.

Who is this half-day retreat for?

This Autumn Equinox retreat is for anyone who would like to mark the arrival of a new season with mindfulness and intention.

Everyone is welcome. No previous experience in mindfulness meditation is necessary. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.

This is a bilingual event: Spanish & English.

Where is this retreat located?

This event will take place in person at the Benedict Canyon Retreat House. Find directions, accessibility, and important parking information here

COVID-19 Protocol: In keeping with the principles of the dharma that underlie our activities, primarily non-harming, we are requiring that all attendees be fully vaccinated in order to attend in person. Masks are optional as all attendees are fully vaccinated. Attendance is limited to allow for social distancing.
