Let’s learn together in this class series about cultivating the three refuges in daily life. The Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha are also known as the Triple Gem: we will explore the practical applications of this Buddhist teaching in a supportive community-based setting. There will be time for a 30-minute guided meditation, a dharma talk, group sharing & discussion

In keeping with the principals of the dharma that underlies all of our activities, primarily ahimsa (do no harm), we are requiring that all attendees be fully vaccinated in order to attend any in-person event.
