Sit and meditate in person within the beautiful nature-rich environs of the Benedict Canyon Retreat House. Share in the collective wisdom of others.
Middle-Ish?
The middle-era adult faces unique challenges around integrating the teachings of mindfulness and compassion in daily life while navigating substantial life transitions. We address these challenges with seated meditation practice and reflective readings within a supportive, mindful community.
If you have a topic regarding career, romantic or familial relationships, or life choices that you’d like to bring more clarity to, bring it to the group!
