Share in the collective wisdom of others. Sit and meditate in a community with those who were born in the 1970s and 80s.
The Middle-Ish online affinity group is supported by InsightLA teacher Eileen Ybarra and facilitators Elizabeth Stomp and Lulu Toselli.
Middle-Ish?
The middle-era adult faces unique challenges around integrating the teachings of mindfulness and compassion in daily life while navigating substantial life transitions. We address these challenges with seated meditation practice and reflective readings within a supportive, mindful community.
If you have a topic regarding career, romantic or familial relationships, or life choices that you’d like to bring more clarity to, bring it to the group!
Third Sundays
The Middle-Ish affinity group meets ONLINE on the third Sunday of the month from 7-8:30pm, with some additional fifth Sundays listed here on this page as they are announced.
Attendees will have optional time for connection from 8:30-9pm after the formal session finishes.
We also meet IN PERSON on the first Sunday of every month. To register for the in person practice group please click here.
Who is this practice group for?
The Middle-Ish Affinity Group is for adults who were born in the 1970s and 80s who would like to deepen their mindfulness practice in community. All are welcome, regardless of previous mindfulness or meditation experience.
