Qigong for Meditators

Join us to cultivate a gentle, meditative movement practice that supports and deepens insight.
Vipassana trains the mind to observe impermanence, sensation, and emptiness with clarity. Qigong offers a complementary doorway: experiencing these truths through the living, moving body.
This class draws from Taiji Qigong, Medical Qigong, and Wisdom Healing Qigong forms to explore:
- Slow, simple movements that anchor awareness in sensation
- Moving without striving
- Direct experience of arising and dissolving through motion
- Softening the boundary between “self” and field
- Emptiness as felt continuity
Qigong steadies attention, relaxes the body & mind, and helps create conditions for an embodied, grounded, and integrated mindfulness practice. While most forms are done standing, modifications are available for seated or even laying down practice.

Drop Ins Welcome Anytime
While the class is best experienced by attending at least once weekly, each class stands alone. Drop ins and those curious to try are welcome any time at any class throughout the series. No prior experience needed and seasoned Qigong practitioners are welcome.
