We are deeply grateful to our community members for their understanding, patience, and support through this challenging and life changing chapter of our journey together. We are eager to move into the next phase of our adventure. In keeping with the principals of the dharma that underlies all of our activities, primarily ahimsa (do no harm), we are requiring that all attendees be fully vaccinated in order to attend any in-person event. If you certify that you meet this requirement please select ‘yes’ on the registration page. This requirement is for the initial stage of reopening and we are looking forward to practicing together once again in-person! Please register early, max capacity is 15 students. We will be utilizing both the indoor (masks required) and shaded outdoor (masks optional) spaces.

Would you like to stress less in life? Join this dynamic and practical 6-week course in which you will experience how to transform life’s inevitable stresses into mindful regulation and balance every day. Inspired by evidenced-based practices from Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) curriculums, this course will integrate stress reduction into every aspect of life, physically, neurologically, emotionally and relationally. As we come out of this very challenging time, we’ll even be exploring how to understand and regulate Traumatic stress.
Each session will include guided experiential meditations, expert education on relevant themes, questions and sharing and active practice support. Each week will offer both formal and informal practices that build on and support each other, making “stressing less” a natural part of life as it is.
