Who is this class for?
This 4-week yoga class series is tailored for those who have the physical ability to get up and down off the floor (yoga mat) comfortably. While many poses can be modified for a chair, please note that this is not a senior yoga class.
Participants should be in at least fairly good physical condition with a curiosity and willingness to explore movement and increase mobility. Through a series of gentle movements, stretches, and breathwork, we will work together to enhance physical well-being and deepen our mindfulness practice. Come join us and experience the transformative power of mindful movement on both body and mind.
