In the Living Dharma class series, we study the traditional Buddhist teachings from the Insight meditation tradition and learn how to apply them to daily life for greater ease, clarity, and well being.

In this session we’ll be exploring teachings from the Insight meditation tradition that contribute to resilience amidst change such as forgiveness, mindfulness of impermanence,  opening to joy, and cultivating compassion for ourselves and others amidst difficulty. Through right effort and mindful communication we will practice transforming obstacles into opportunities for greater freedom in challenging times. This class will draw on elements from the eightfold path as well as some modern findings from positive psychology and neuroscience.
