Long Beach Sangha

The Long Beach Sangha is dedicated to deepening spiritual practice with ongoing classes, retreats and workshops. We meet regularly for community events including movie nights, summer BBQs, field trips to neighboring monasteries and hikes.

The Sangha is guided by Senior InsightLA Senior Teachers Wendy Block and Cayce Howe, with the support of Teacher David Le and Facilitator Melissa Hitt. In addition, amazing guest teachers visit year-round to keep practice group meet-ups fresh and exciting.
