We work to protect the safety of all students. We reserve the right to remove any student from any class, sitting group, retreat, or any event if the student is disruptive to the safe learning environment we maintain for all.

Cancellation & Refunds

We reserve the right to cancel a class or event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If InsightLA cancels an event you’ve registered for, you will be offered a full refund. If an event has to be postponed for any reason, you will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer your registration to the same event at the new, future date.

Donations are not refundable.

Thoughts matter and for all of us, our thoughts can go into negative places.  Places that create stress and don’t bring about anything beneficial.  Meditation protects the mind from this negativity and Metta Meditation is intentionally thinking loving and kind thoughts and then repeating them.  Thoughts matter because they have an energy which reverberates throughout the body and through our cells and negative thoughts have a negative impact on our cells.  While thoughts of loving and kindness have a positive impact on our mind, body and the environment around us.   The repetition of the thoughts strengthens the mental factor of concentration which brings tranquility and joy.
 
In this daylong we will practice Metta Meditation in various postures to strengthen that habit of mind.
