The Mindful Aging practice group is for anyone who would like to explore how mindfulness and self-compassion practices can support us in what can be a difficult and uncertain time.
Expect guided meditation, discussion and opportunities to cultivate more equanimity—wisdom and heart—within the supportive container of community.
