We will focus on Mindful Communication and cultivating present moment awareness through an exploration of Buddhist teachings. How can we bring our mindfulness practice into relationships, and cultivate skillful communication during difficult times? Together, we will cultivate our intention to bring a deeper understanding of wise speech and presence to daily life.
Our 4 week class will meet from 10:00- 11:15am on Tuesday mornings. There will be an optional Q&A and group discussion at 11:15-11:45am.
