In this 30 minute class we will rejuvenate our upper bodies with relaxing neck, shoulder, and back stretches — perfect for targeting those muscles that often get overused after a long day at the desk.

Using breath and movement, we’ll nourish the body, mind, and spirit, enhancing our ability to be more present, focused, and balanced.

You can easily follow along with this class from the comfort of your desk or yoga mat. All are welcome to join. Join us every first, third, and fifth Thursday.
