Refund and Event Policies

In this class we will explore embodiment in ways that deepen our experience of mindfulness and meditation.

Using yogic practices of breath, movement, stillness and intention we will dive into what it means to more fully embody our meditation practice. Integration of body, mind and spirit, soothing the fluctuations of the mind and growing our ability to be more fully present with kind attention are the goals of this practice.

This is a gentle to moderate yoga practice for all bodies with plenty of room for modification, integration and deep listening to what your unique body and mind need.

At the end of the one hour mindful yoga practice, students will have the option of staying to participate in the daily sit at 6pm.

This class is a donation based offering.  Suggested donation is $15 dollars.  Simply drop in and practice with us!

Yoga mats, blankets, meditation cushions and bolsters are provided.
